Workshop/Special Session Proposal Submission

The Workshop and Special Session proposals deadline for NSFC-ICAIR 2025 is August 31, 2025. However, we strongly urge you to submit your Special Session proposals as early as possible to attract more submissions.

All submitted proposals will be reviewed and published on the conference website as soon as approved. NSFC-ICAIR 2025 welcomes Workshop and Special Session proposals related to, but not limited to, the topics covered in the conference papers.

Note:

• All workshops and special sessions must be half-day sessions lasting 2 or 4 hours. The content may include presentations, panel discussions, and poster sessions. Please choose either a morning session (10:30 – 12:30) or an afternoon session (13:30 – 17:45).
• Organizers and speakers are encouraged to submit manuscripts related to the presentation to the submission system by following the paper format as indicated at submission.
• Once approved, it is the duty of the organizers to publicize the workshop/special session among researchers and practitioners in the field and attract a sufficient number of participants.
• Please note that all papers will go through the same review process as the regular papers submitted to the main conference to ensure that the contributions are of high quality. The organizers of the respective workshop/special session are involved in organizing the review process, including the selection of reviewers from their peers.
• If a Special Session receives fewer than five accepted papers, the papers may be assigned to or combined with another session.
