We invite submissions on a wide range of topics related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics, and their societal impacts. Topics include, but are not limited to

Paper Submission Requirements

All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth review process:

  1. Manuscript Preparation: Submit a single PDF file (not exceed 5 MB). Please use the provided Word templates to prepare your manuscript. Download the templates here (includes styles for title, abstract, sections, references, etc).
  2. Paper Size: The paper must be formatted for A4 size (210 × 297 mm).
  3. Page Limit: Manuscripts must not exceed four pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Exceeding this limit may result in automatic rejection.
  4. Formatting Details:
    • Font: Use Times New Roman, 10-point font for the main text; 12-point for headings.
    • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
    • Structure: Include title, authors, affiliations, abstract (up to 300 words), keywords (3-5), main body, references (IEEE style recommended).
    • Figures and Tables: Ensure they are embedded clearly and do not exceed page limits.
  5. PDF File: Convert your manuscript to PDF format for submission.
  6. PDF File Submission: Please send your PDF file to the mailbox ” ai2025.hku@gmail.com” with the email title as “AI Robotics 2025 Conference Abstract +Name+Insititution” mentioned in the registration parts.

Abstract/Poster Submission Requirements

We also accept breaking news submission in Abstract or Poster format:

Abstract should follow the general guidelines shown above, but the maximum page number is below TWO.

Authors can select to present their breaking-news research in Poster format. Authors shall print and bring their poster for display (Maximum size: A1 – 24*36 inch or 60*84 cm).

Submission Dates

Extended submission deadline: September 30, 2025 (23:59 BJT – Beijing Time)

Manuscript submission deadline: September 15, 2025 (23:59 BJT – Beijing Time)

Notification of acceptance: Oct. 7th, 2025
